Any owner of the DeWalt DW920K2 will say this cordless screwdriver solves all the problems other drill/drivers cannot handle. With its two-position handle, and long, thin body, the DW920K2 can reach places normally considered inaccessible. Cabinet installers, electricians and HVAC technicians will really appreciate this tools ability to reach fasteners in cramped quarters. This cordless screwdriver, when the body is fully extended, will reach nearly 15 inches.
Bits are held in place with a an industrial quality hex-shank and are driven by a DeWalt manufactured motor producing 80 lbs. of torque. With this type of power, the DW920K2 is quite capable of drilling or driving in plastics,wood and some metals. Bits can quickly be changed out using the rapid load self-ejecting chuck. To avoid stripping screw heads or damaging work surface, the DW920K2 has a 15-position, manually adjustable torque ring.
The DeWalt DW920K2 comes with two compact 7.2 volt Ni-Cd batteries. Charge time is approximately 60 minutes with the included AC charger. Everything fits into a heavy-duty case for storage and transport.
